For the decision. The approval. The thing they should be able to handle without you.
That's not a hiring problem. You've got good people. It's that nothing in your business is built for them to move without you standing there.
Structure to Scale is a 90-day hybrid program where we install the operating system that lets your team run the business day to day, so you stop being the person everything routes through.
Next Start Date is September 1st. Limited to 5 Founders only.
You don't wait around wondering if this was the right call.
Day 1 - You're In
You get Module 1 and start on your Business Baseline the same day you enroll: revenue, team structure, where decisions actually get made right now versus where they're supposed to get made. Most founders tell us this step alone is uncomfortable in a useful way.
By Day 14- You know where the Issues are and how to tackle them
Stephanie reviews your baseline and gets on a call with you, and by the end of it you walk away with the three to five specific places your business stops and waits for you. Named. Ranked by what they're costing you. Not a vague "let's talk about your business" call — an actual diagnosis, in writing, that becomes the plan for the next 90 days.
Take a team of five. Each person loses two hours a week waiting on you, minimum, for a decision, an approval, a direction they can't give themselves.
Ten hours a week of dead time. At a conservative $50 an hour fully loaded, that's $500 a week disappearing before you count anything else.
Add the deals that moved slower because you were the checkpoint. The good hire who got frustrated waiting on you and left. The quarter you couldn't step back because you knew, correctly, that everything would stall.
Ninety days of that costs you somewhere north of $6,500 in idle execution alone. A year of it is $26,000 and climbing.
The question isn't whether you can afford the program. It's whether you can afford another quarter of this.
Month 1 without structure: ~$2,200 lost in idle execution
Month 6 without structure: ~$13,000 compounded bottleneck cost
Month 12 without structure: ~$26,000 gone — and that's conservative
This is for you if
You've got a team of three or more and there's real revenue coming through
Every meaningful decision still lands on your desk
Things noticeably slow down the moment you step away
You want the infrastructure built, not a pep talk about mindset
You're ready to actually implement, not just take notes
This is not for you if.....
You want to stay in control of everything
You're not willing to write down how your business actually runs
You're looking for motivation, not structure
You want a quick fix, not a real system
90 Days. Four things installed. Each one ends with your team able to do something they couldn't
do before, not just a document sitting in a folder.
We map your business as it runs today, not how you'd describe it on a good day. You'll know exactly where decisions stall and what that's costing you, in writing, ranked by priority.
You leave with: A Roadmap and your 90-day implementation plan.
Right now decisions come to you because there's nothing else for your team to reference. We build the vision, mission, and values that actually function as a decision filter, so your team has something to check their judgment against besides your inbox. You leave with: a documented operating foundation your managers can point to.
Vague ownership is expensive. Every gap becomes your problem by default. We map who decides, who executes, and who just gets consulted, role by role, so nothing quietly lands back on you. Includes a 1-hour strategic recalibration call with Stephanie during this phase. You leave with: role clarity and your Alignment Matrix.
"I feel like they're underperforming" doesn't hold up in a conversation and it definitely doesn't hold up in a review. Every key role gets a scorecard with a real definition of what good looks like, so accountability doesn't depend on you remembering to notice. You leave with: performance scorecards for every key role.
By Day 90, decisions come off your desk, ownership is written down, and performance conversations have something to point to besides how you're feeling about someone that week. That's the core outcome. Some founders stop there. Most keep going.

“Stephanie with GBC is above reproach in her professionalism, business insights, and organization. She took extensive time to do a deep dive into our operation to gain comprehensive understanding of how we operate and where we can improve.... As a result of our time with Stephanie, we have increased operational efficiency, KPI's to better hold employees accountable, become a more well-oiled machine, and she has helped me get to a place of working on the business rather than in the business which is paramount to my goals as a business owner. Stephanie took the time to find out what our goals, desires, and objectives were; she worked in tremendous fashion to help us achieve these things. I can not recommend Stephanie and her team enough.”
— Founder, Top Producing Farmers Insurance Agent in Fresno, CA

“Working with Stephanie and her team has changed the way I run my business. A few of these changes include defining and clarifying our company mission statement, vision and values, creating standard operating procedures and measuring/ tracking the organization's activities. Thanks to GBC we have been able to steam-line our procedures, increase productivity and ultimately provide a better experience for our clients."
— Brett Taylor, Taylor Home Designs

“Stephanie is incredible to work with! She is extremely detail oriented and great at asking the right questions to really dig into your business and show where the bottlenecks are. If you are a business owner that just feels stuck and are looking for guidance to develop systems that help you get some of your time back. I would highly recommend doing a call with Stephanie and her team! You will not be disappointed.”
— Michael Sandoval, Owner and CEO of Supreme Solar and Electric

“ I felt like I found areas in my business I didn't even know were lacking. She was a professional source of knowledge to help grow my business and lower my overall stress level. I would highly recommend GBC to any business owner that is serious about taking their organization to the next level.”

90 days from now, your business either still needs you standing in the middle of it, or it doesn't.
Every month you wait is another month of the same routing, the same slowdowns, the same people getting frustrated waiting on you. Structure compounds. So does chaos. What you build this quarter decides which one wins.

Stephanie German is the founder of German Business Consulting and creator of the Structure to Scale framework.
She has helped hundreds of businesses move from operational chaos to structured execution — reducing founder stress, eliminating bottlenecks, and building organizations that operate with leadership depth.
The framework inside this program is the same one she uses with her private consulting clients, the ones who pay $30,000 for the one-on-one version of this exact work.
This program requires implementation. Are you ready?

No. EOS gives you a meeting cadence and a set of tools you implement yourself. This is a guided installation over 90 days, custom to your business, with someone reviewing your actual structure and telling you what's wrong with it. You're not handed a framework and left to figure out the application.
Most programs sell you curriculum and hope you apply it. In this program, every phase here ends with a specific deliverable installed in your business, not a module marked complete. Your day-14 diagnostic names your actual bottlenecks, in your business, not generic ones from a workbook.
Usually what looks like resistance is actually a lack of clarity about what's changing and why. The structure we build reduces friction for your team, it doesn't add rules on top of what they already have to deal with. You'll also be coached on how to introduce the changes so your team understands what's in it for them.
This is worth being honest about upfront: if you genuinely can't find that time, this isn't the right season for you to start. But most founders in this position are already spending more than that putting out fires this structure is designed to prevent. You're not adding hours, you're redirecting the ones you're already losing.
The 90-day core gets the structure installed and the ownership decided. There's a next step for building out your operating systems and meeting rhythm past that point, and we'll walk you through it as you get closer to finishing the core. Nobody is required to take it, but the weeks right after the core program are exactly when things are most likely to slip if nothing reinforces them.
Same framework, different format. Private consulting is Stephanie's hours dedicated to your business alone, and it starts at $30,000. This is that same framework delivered to a small group, with group implementation calls instead of unlimited 1:1 time. If you know you want the private version, this isn't a cheaper way into it, they're two different engagements.
Calls run on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday, 8 to 9am Pacific, and the 2nd Tuesday, 1 to 2pm Pacific. Consistent, but subject to change with notice. You bring your biggest constraint that month and we work it in real time.
The next intake date is September 1st. Seats are capped at five so the group calls stay useful, so if this one's full, you'll be first in line for the next. Email us at info@germanbusinessconsulting.com to get on the wait list if you missed this one.
